Sodick Japan was founded by Mr Toshihiko Furukawa in 1976. Since then, Sodick has matured from being a purveyor of EDM machines, to becoming a premier name within the manufacturing industry. Sodick has come a long way in attaining its success with an impressive range of machines including Die-Sinker EDM, Wire-Cut EDM, Injection Molding Machines, High-Speed CNC Machining Center and Metal 3D Printers. Commanding a rich history of more than 40 years, we have carved for ourselves a reputation as a machine builder specialist and a smart manufacturing solution provider. We has built over 60,000 EDM machines and over 45,000 linear motor driven EDMs delivered around the world. Our vision for the future begins with value management through innovation. We pioneered the expertise of building a comprehensive range of machines and strive for prompt, dependable technologies.

About Sodick Singapore

Sodick Singapore was established in 1993 and have since becoming a strategic business hub for Sodick in Malaysia, Indonesia, Australasia, China and the Philippines supporting customers throughout this region. Being located at the heart of arterial trade routes, we are well-positioned in offering a wide range of products and services for our customers within the region. In 2017, Sodick Singapore with the support from Economic Development Board (EDB) and Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) setup Sodick Singapore Techno Centre (SSTC) to showcase the newest technologies developed by Sodick for the manufacturing industry.

Over the years, Sodick believe it is no longer sufficient be viewed only as a machine manufacturer. It is more important for Sodick to be viewed as that trusted solutions leader that has the expertise in the end-to-end solutions, namely new hardware technology (3D Printing), software (IOT), and other value-added services.
